1. What we provide

LandexHub develops software products, including the LandexHub Consent plugin for WordPress (the „Free plugin“) and the optional LandexHub Consent Pro add-on („Pro“).

2. Free plugin

The Free plugin is open-source software licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. It is provided free of charge, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The plugin stores all its data in your own WordPress installation and sends no data to us.

3. Pro add-on

Pro is distributed from our website under a lifetime license: features you set up while your license is valid keep working indefinitely. An active license term additionally entitles you to plugin and service-catalog updates and to deploying new measurement services from the catalog. License keys are tied to the purchasing customer and may not be redistributed. Pro is also GPL-licensed software; the license key controls access to our update and catalog services, not the software’s ability to run.

4. Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for configuring consent collection correctly for your jurisdiction and for the content of your own site. Our tools provide technical means (consent banner, script gating, proof-of-consent log), not legal advice.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this address. Material changes to paid services will be announced to affected customers.
