1. Our plugins do not send us your data

The LandexHub Consent plugin for WordPress runs entirely inside your own site. It sends no telemetry, no usage statistics and no visitor data to us. The consent records it creates are stored in your own database, without IP addresses, and never leave your server.

2. This website

When you visit landexhub.com we process the usual technical data (IP address, browser information) in server logs for security and operation. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, collected through our own consent banner.

3. Customers

If you purchase LandexHub Consent Pro, we process the data needed to fulfil the contract: name, e-mail, billing details, license key and the site hostname the license is activated on. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations (invoicing). We keep billing records for the period required by law.

4. License verification

The Pro add-on contacts our licensing service to verify the license key and fetch updates. These requests carry the license key and the site hostname — no visitor data, ever.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOÚÚ). Contact us at info@landexhub.com.
