Frequently asked questions
What counts as one domain?
A domain including its www and non-www form — www.company.com
and company.com are one website. Subdomains count separately:
blog.company.com is another domain, because it is a separate site with its own
visitor consent.
Do I pay every year?
No. This is a one-off purchase and the licence is perpetual — the banner keeps running on your sites regardless of time.
The price includes 12 months of updates and support. After that the plugin keeps working, you simply stop receiving new versions. Because the rules around cookies keep changing, we recommend extending updates — but it is a choice, not a condition.
Can I move the key to a different website?
An activated domain holds the licence permanently. If you are shutting a site down or changing its domain, write to us at support@landexhub.com and we will free the slot up.
What if your service goes down?
The banner on your site keeps running. The plugin only verifies the licence occasionally and carries on when we are unreachable — cookie consent is a legal obligation, so an outage on our side must never switch it off.
